Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email has arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email [email protected] and we can confirm that the order was placed.
What brand of shirt will I receive?
All of our shirts are DTG on Gildan 100% preshrunk cotton tees.
I was sent the wrong shirt or I was sent a defective shirt, what do I do?
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details on what we did wrong, and we will take care of it for you.
I have a Promo/Coupon Code, how do I use it?
Easy, just enter the promotional code you have in the "coupon code" field located on the Checkout Page. Our codes are NOT case sensitive. Some promotional codes are for a limited time only or may not be used with other offers.
How Do Your Shirts Fit?
The T-Shirt style is pretty standard in sizing, so whatever size you normally wear is a good bet. The T-Shirt style is a men's/unisex cut, so it runs closely to men's sizing. The Women's Fit style runs a bit on the small side. Ordering up a size isn't a bad idea if you are on the edge of a size. The Hoodies run true to standard sizes. All of our shirts are made of pre-shrunk cotton, but there still is a bit of shrinking after washing (just not as much as regular cotton). Even so, it is best to wash the shirts in cool water and dry them on low heat to preserve the size and print.
When Will My Order Ship?
All of our items are made to order using direct-to-garment technology. This means that there is generally about a 2-4 day period from the time your order is placed until we freshly print your items and then ship them out. We can't guarantee this time frame, but it is what we constantly strive for so that you can get your order as soon as possible! We cannot guarantee an exact ship date or a specific shipping time.
How Does Your Shipping Work?
Domestic: We ship all of our orders through UPS. Most of our packages are shipped out First Class Mail and are delivered within 10 days. Shipping for domestic orders has a base rate of $3.55.
International: We offer international shipping anywhere in the world! We send out packages through UPS who then hands off the package to the local government run mail service. International packages are shipping via First Class Mail and can take up to 4 weeks for delivery, but usually arrive closer to 2-3 weeks. Shipping to Canada costs $9.99 and shipping to the rest of the world is $12.99.

Can I Get Expedited Shipping?
At this time we don't offer an expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can't guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because all of our products are freshly made to order.
What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept And Is The Site Secure?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We use Shopify as our e-commerce provider, and they are as secure as you can get.
What Happens If I Typed My Address In Wrong?
If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, send us an email and we'll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don't catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. If you are having mail forwarded to a new address, please don't send the order to the old address. The packages are not guaranteed to be forwarded.
If the package is returned to us, we can resend it to your correct address for a $5 reshipment fee.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at [email protected] and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

My shirt didn't fit. Can I exchange or return it?
If you ordered the wrong size then we will exchange for you but you will be expected to contribute to the cost. Our published sizing charts are accurate and as your shirts are printed to order then we think this is fair.
Can I cancel my order?
Since we are a direct-to-garment printer, we custom print each shirt based on your order. Because of this, once you place an order it goes right to our production queue and our team gets started printing your items. If you email us within 3 hours of placing your order there may be a chance we can cancel it.
I want one of your designs on a hoodie, but you don't have it in your Hoodie Category...WTF!
Let us know what design you want and what color hoodie you want and we'll see if we can do it for you.

Occasionally we adjust the pricing on our shirts/hoodies. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it.
